Well, were fat out of shape and slow!! we were able to pull off a few wins but nothing much to write about ..Were on are way to San Jose California on Feb.9,then the following weekend back up to Canada and both will be huge tournaments sooo we will be in shape!! so there are plenty of long nights of working hard ahead of us.... That's my Mom don't ask me why she wont smile she really did have a good time today I think she's sad because were all so Fatttt and out of shape.....

Now it's time to work, work, and work!! Make sure they know, if it's easy, anyone can do it.
