In the last 7 days I've been to San Diego for the Sr Nationals and then took some kids down to Portland Or. for a tournament. I took 3 ed in the Master's at nationals and yesterday took 4 kids down and brought back 5 golds -Sara fought in two divisions 11-12 and 13-14 and one gold in both- not bad for a 11 year who gave up 25 lbs in the older division and also winning by ippon in every match.... One of the plus's in going down to San Diego was that my nephew and his wife and son came and picked me from the tournament and took me to the beach and out to dinner a few times. That's little Joey my grand nephew
